We are an all inclusive wedding venue dedicated to helping Brides and Grooms have the day of their dreams.
We only do one event a day. This is so we can dedicate all of our time to you.
In order to secure your date a $2000 retainer is required, which will be your first payment. This retainer is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Yes we do! After the retainer, ½ is due 120 days from event and the other ½ is due 60 days from event.
We can accommodate up to 300 people indoor/outdoor.
Rose Cottage and The Shop for Wedding Party, event coordinator, catering, experienced DJ, bride’s cake, punch, coffee, experienced staff, security, chairs, tables, linens, wedding ware, centerpieces, set-up and clean up.
Your officiant, florist, photographer, and alcohol
Our packages include the caterer, DJ, wedding coordinator, and wedding cake. We have a preferred vendors list to help you find an officiant, florist, photographer, and other miscellaneous vendors. It is always best to use professionals that work consistently with the venue.
No, we do not have a liquor license. But, you are welcome to bring in your own alcohol which will save you money! We do require a TABC certified bartender, a $300 fee that also includes ice, cups, and napkins.
