No more than 20 guests is preferred to meet your 15 minutes time slot. 

If you want your marriage to be legal in the state of Texas, you’ll need a marriage license from the county clerk. This must be purchased at a minimum of 72 hours prior to your ceremony time. 

We will have a standard silk floral bouquet for you to hold. If you want to purchase a custom wedding bouquet, we recommend our partnered vendor, Lush Flowers. 

That is completely up to you! We have had couples arrive in a wedding gown with full hair and makeup done and we have had couples arrive in a T-shirt! For formalwear needs we recommend Alvin Tuxedos, Jill’s Fashion and Bridals and Something Blue. 

Yes but there will be no discount as our vendors are still there to perform services for the day. If your vendors are late and miss your start time then you may use our vendors instead or wait for the next spot if we have one open. Your photographer will also need to provide a certificate of insurance. 

The couple getting married are able to walk the aisle to the ceremony site with an escort. Any other guests need to be either be pre-seated or standing at the alter. 

If the weather is not safe or comfortable for an outside wedding, we will have your ceremony indoors or underneath our white wedding pavilion. 

Our valentine’s day elopement wedding is only $150! 

After filling out a registration form, an email will be sent to pay your $50 retainer to hold your spot. Final payment is due 24 hours prior via credit card or cash the day of. 

It is a non-refundable payment. This is why the retainer payment is only $50. 

We ask that you and your guests arrive no earlier than 15 minutes. 

Butler’s Courtyard has a full parking lot located on 2nd street. There is plenty of parking for you and your guests. 

Butler’s Courtyard will provide a traditional wedding song to walk down the aisle to. Customized ceremony music is not included in the package. 

After parking in our parking lot, you will check into the front office in the brick building. You will want to do this 15 minutes before your scheduled time. A BC Team member will instruct you where to go from there. You will also receive text messages closer to your elopement date with reminders of this information. 

Cakes by Jula generously gifts a personalized wedding cake for you to take to-go. She provides a 6 inch round French Vanilla wedding cake with cream cheese filling iced in buttercream. No customizations can be made to the cake.
