So what do our included wedding coordinators do to make your day amazing? First, you are not just another number or client. We really want to get to know you! How did you meet, what do you do for a living? Are you a League City, Tx. native? Are you obsessed with your dog? Tell us it all.
Next, we want you to get to know us. We have a Facebook Group for our booked couples: past, present and future! This is not only a place for you to exchange information with one another (like Houston Wedding Vendors that provide trendy cocktail seating) but also a place for us to update you with what we are up to! We are always updating our Historic venue (while still keeping that industrial chic charm) and we want you to know about those updates first! We share big news, update you on our personal lives and interact with you as often as we can. We also post planning tools that will help you along the way. Want to vent about your future MIL? It’s also a safe place for that (and we know you love her!).
Another winner: Personal Planning Appointments. We make sure to sit down with you in a one on one environment to learn all that we need to about your wedding details. Not just color scheme, but tell us about your family! We try to be so flexible when we meet you. Weekend appointment? No problem! Evening appointment over wine? Done! Being an all-inclusive wedding venue gives us much more flexibility with when we plan and what we can cover, which ultimately takes up less of your time.
Having an included wedding coordinator on your side helps you enjoy your wedding engagement, enjoy wedding planning and keep your stress minimal. This isn’t a “day of” gig, either. We are there with your from the time of your very first visit until your very last. But please know, BC couples are always welcome to our venue!
