Fall offers the best wedding experience for a Texas wedding.

Outdoor fall weddings are the most popular weddings in Southeast, Texas. The weather is more likely to be comfortable for an outdoor event compared to other months/seasons. An earlier sunset in the fall also means your Texas wedding is likely to have cooler temperatures. If you are dreaming of an outdoor fall wedding and want your guests to have the best wedding experience, an October or November wedding is the direction to go in!

Did you know that outdoor fall weddings take up over half of a Texas wedding venue’s date requests? Many couples book an October wedding to beat the extreme heat that occurs in other months. When you think about it, there are only 8 Saturdays that fall into a Texas fall wedding (October weddings and November weddings). This means that hundreds of couples getting married in our area each year are looking for a fall wedding date. Fun Fact: these dates are often in high request by our educators because of additional time off received for Thanksgiving break. Schedule a tour for your fall wedding before the dates are all booked!

outdoor fall weddings at this venue are set with White tables and topped with a gold decorative plate charger and a coral napkin is draped on top of the gold charger held down with a silver for and knife. The tables are topped with gold stands that hold greenery, white roses and burnt orange roses. A white dance floor is centered underneath a large, circular chandelier that is dripping with crystals. A sweetheart table is the focal point of the reception area. A greenery wall with a neon sign is the backdrop to a table with a rose gold gold sequin tablecloth over a rectangle table. A "Mr. and Mrs." sign sits on top of the table. The wedding reception is all set underneath a large white pavilion that has a wall with shut, white sliding barn doors. The tables are strategically set for the perfect wedding experience for a Texas wedding.

In terms of wedding aesthetic, autumn wedding colors are a much desired wedding trend. The warm colors offer many wedding color palettes to choose from. Bridal shops like Something Blue in Angleton offer many style options for bridal gowns and men’s attire.

It’s important to note, fall weddings provide more options and flexibility for wedding venues in Houston and other Texas wedding vendors. Did you know higher temperatures usually require certain wedding events and vendors to be inside? It is even in their contract! With an outdoor fall wedding, your wedding tables, wedding vendors and wedding guests all have more options to enjoy the perfect wedding experience.

You may think “it’s more than a year out, I have plenty of time”. Booking a Texas wedding venue more than a year out is not because you need to start planning. Booking your wedding venue more than a year out is giving you peace of mind that your date is safe in the most highly requested season. Your fall wedding is waiting for you to plan the perfect wedding whenever you’re ready.
